By selecting a subscription plan and providing payment information, you agree to pay the subscription fee indicated for that service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription term selected.
If your payment cannot be processed for any reason, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account until payment is received. For annual subscriptions, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or for periods when the account was not used.
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. If you register for a free trial, we will begin to bill your payment method for the subscription fee at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the free trial period.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the box to opt-in to receiving SMS messages, you explicitly consent to receive text messages from DostifyCRM related to your account, product updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply.
You understand that you are not required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us or by contacting customer support.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DostifyCRM and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DostifyCRM.
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Service for the purpose of managing the Service, as well as data relating to your use of the Service. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Service.
You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

DostifyCRM has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that DostifyCRM shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or contact our support team to request account deletion.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
In no event shall DostifyCRM, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

DostifyCRM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These
